Chiropractic Care

Chiropractic is focused on the structure of the body, particularly the spine and how the nervous system is effected(the control center of every cell in your body). Chiropractors adjust to correct abnormalities in the body's alignment which can relieve pain, enhance sports performance, decrease probability and time sick, improve digestion, enhance sleep and to help the body heal itself quicker.

While the mainstay of chiropractic is spinal adjustments, care may include other therapies, postural and exercise education, and ergonomic training (how to walk, sit, and stand to limit back strain). Chiropractors today often work in conjunction with primary care doctors, pain experts, and surgeons to treat patients that are looking for pain relief care.
